Archive Integrity Statement

Purpose

DecisionArchive is a public index of selected sealed Decision Receipts.
It exists to show that a decision was examined and recorded before commitment.

What It Is Not

DecisionArchive does not provide advice.

It does not predict outcomes.

It does not score or rank decisions.

It does not endorse results.

Sealing Standard

Each public receipt displays:

public_title
category_tag
sealed_at
integrity_hash

The integrity_hash is generated from sealed receipt content at the time of sealing.

Once sealed, content cannot be edited.

Visibility Control

Only visibility may change.

Public or private status does not alter sealed data.

Data Exposure Rules

The public archive endpoint returns only:

public_title
category_tag
sealed_at
integrity_hash

No draft fields.

No internal identifiers.

No organizational data.

Governance Standard

There is no auto-publish process.

There is no background release job.

There is no scheduled publishing logic.

Records are made public only by deliberate administrative action.

Why This Exists

Institutional credibility is built on immutable records, not marketing claims.
